We meter one thing.

Prophouse is the asset library that knows what it holds. You pay per seat on an annual plan, plus whatever you store above your allowance. Searching is free, and so is moving assets in and out, on every plan including the free one.

Enterprise

hosted · self-hosted · air-gapped

Custom contract, terms to suit.

You choose where it runs. We can host it, or you can run the whole thing inside your own network with the air gap closed. Round-the-clock support and a dedicated success manager either way.

Storage follows that choice. If we're holding the bytes, we commit a pool up front and price it by the TB rather than per seat. If you're holding them, there is nothing for us to meter.

Past 25 seats we quote the whole thing, with volume rates and invoicing on your terms.

01What you're paying forsearch · upkeep · reach · fit

A library that knows what it holds.

Point Prophouse at your assets. It looks at them and works out what they are, so anyone can find one by describing it, with no tags to maintain and no naming convention anybody has to follow.

Search

Ask for what you want.

Ask for a weathered wooden crate and get weathered wooden crates. Search with an image you already have, or pull up everything that resembles whatever you're staring at. It works on the library you have today, untagged.

Upkeep

It files itself.

New assets get categorized on the way in, and near-identical copies surface as duplicates before they triple your storage. The organizing happens whether or not anyone has time for it.

Reach

Where the work already happens.

Search and one-click import run inside Unreal, so nobody alt-tabs to a web app halfway through a block-out. The browser and the MCP endpoint work from anywhere, which means your agents can query the library too.

Unreal today · Unity and Godot next

Fit

It works with what you already run.

Keep your depot where it is. Prophouse doesn't need to own your history or your file locks to do its job, and it won't ask you to move anything to get started. It answers "which crate did we use in the alley scene", a question your depot was never built for.

02How the bill worksseats + bytes at rest

Seats, plus whatever you're storing.

An asset library earns its keep when people hammer it: first imports, nightly build fetches, an outsourcer pulling a 400 GB pack. Charging for that traffic would mean charging you for using the thing you bought.

So searching is unlimited and transfer is uncapped both ways, on every plan including the free one. The only number that climbs is bytes sitting at rest.

Unlimited

Ask as often as you like, from the editor, the browser, or the API. Nobody on your team has a query budget to spend.

The one meter is bytes at rest: $0.04 per GB past your allowance, and $12 per TB if you want us keeping a second copy. Nothing else on this page counts up while you work, so there's no daily overage rate and no email telling you you've reached 80% of something. Point us at your own object storage and that meter stops applying, because the bytes were never ours to count.

03Storageper seat · pooled

The allowance grows with the team.

Storage is counted per seat and pooled into one team total. Everyone who joins brings their allowance with them, and the team draws on the pool however it likes.

Who picks up, and how fast.

Cases are unlimited on every paid plan, because rationing how often you're allowed to need help is a strange way to sell software. What changes as you move up is how quickly you reach the front of the queue and who picks up when you get there.

Straight answers.

Questions 12 entries
Is transfer really unlimited?
Yes, with no cap and no throttle in either direction. If your build machine pulls the same 200 GB every night, that costs nothing.
What's the catch, then?
Bytes at rest, which is the one thing we meter: $0.04 per GB past your allowance, and $12 per TB if you want us keeping a second copy. We'd rather charge for what we keep than for how often you touch it.
Are searches really uncapped?
Yes, for people. Search from the editor, the browser, or the API as often as you like. There's no per-seat query budget and no per-search charge.
Then what's the agent-call number in the ledger?
A ceiling on automated access. An agent in a loop can fire more calls in an hour than a studio does in a month, so each plan has a limit. You'll never get an overage invoice for it, and if you need a bigger number you can move up a tier or ask us.
Where does it run, and who holds the files?
Your call, and the two answers come apart. By default we host it and we hold the bytes, which is the case the storage meter exists for. From Studio up you can point it at your own object storage, so we run the software and your cloud bill covers the disks. On Enterprise you can run the whole thing inside your network. In the last two cases there is nothing for us to meter, and you're paying for the software and the support.
Do I have to commit to a year?
No, but the listed prices assume it. Paying monthly costs 20% more per seat, so $29 on Indie and $47 on Studio. You can move between the two at renewal.
Is 250 GB per seat really per seat?
Yes, and it pools. Ten Studio seats is 2.5 TB shared across the team however you like, rather than 250 GB locked to each person.
Do we have to change how we do version control?
No. Point Prophouse at whatever you run today and keep your history and your locks where they are. If consolidating that is on your list, tell us what you're running.
We're buying 40 seats. Is there a better number?
Yes. Past 25 seats we quote volume rates and swap per-seat storage for a pooled commitment. Talk to us.
What counts as an active seat?
Anyone who logged in that month. Nobody has to remember to remove anyone.
Which engines does the plugin cover?
Unreal ships today, with search and one-click import in the editor. Unity and Godot are next. The web app and the MCP endpoint work with any engine in the meantime.
Can I try it before paying?
That's the Free tier: 50 GB of your actual assets, real search, SSO, and no charge for moving bytes either way.
